Overview

The 200 Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course (Kundalini & Hatha) at Yogalisa is a comprehensive yoga training program that develops the understanding of yoga. We mainly focus on balanced training that covers spirituality within the course as well as personal development. These include pranayama, shat kriya, asana practices, principles of yoga philosophies, human anatomy, relaxation techniques – Yoga Nidra, and meditation. However, the postures in Yoga are specifically classified under the Hatha and Kundalini Yoga in terms of style. Tutorial activities usually last for 6 days a week with a break day provided to permit contemplation and recuperation.

200 Hour Yoga TTC In Vietnam

This 200 Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course (Kundalini & Hatha) certification course comprises practical and performance tests with practical and theoretical assessments, written works, oral contributions, and observational assessments. Additionally, attendance is compulsory and students score the required marks to be certified as a participant. Graduates will be prepared to take the Yoga Alliance RYT 200 exam so that they can teach yoga anywhere in the world.

Frequently Asked Questions

 In 200 Hour YTTC in Vietnam, for the asana practice, the program offers two styles, Hatha Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga; pranayama, shat kriya, Yoga Nidra, and philosophy of Yoga, anatomy, and meditation.  

 No yoga experience is required yet it is preferred in this type of yoga. However, it was specifically appropriate for basic and advanced levels of training because it covers foundational knowledge for all those enrolled. 

You will have 6 days of training per week. However, one of these will be dedicated to rest and contemplation. The total training time set in this paper is 200 Hours.

 

 Of course. After completing 200 Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, we will provide a certificate that is recognized by Yoga Alliance, which entitles you to teach yoga around the world.

200 hours of yoga refers to the number of hours required to complete the yoga teacher training course. This is the minimum no. of hours set by the Yoga Alliance.
